Questions we get all the time.

How is ad spend handled?

Ad spend is always billed separately and, wherever possible, paid directly by you to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We never mark up media. You see every dollar and maintain ownership of your accounts.

What's the contract length?

12 months. You have a 90-day out — if you're not seeing ROI in the first 90 days, you can cancel with no further obligation. After day 90, the agreement runs to the 12-month term.

Why is there a setup fee?

The first 30 days is heavy lift — account audits, CRM integration, AI voice agent training on your business, creative production, campaign builds, and dashboard setup. The setup fee covers that work. It is non-refundable.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrade at the end of your contract term.

Do you work with my CRM / field service software?

Yes — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, and most major home-service platforms. Custom integrations available on Growth and Dominate tiers.
